Home/Approach

Three minds, one calm system.

Most companies buy strategy from one vendor, content from another and a website from a third. Nobody owns the result. I do all three, in this order, every time.

How a project runs

Diagnose. Plan. Produce. Measure.

01

Diagnose

Two weeks on the offer, the audience, the accounts and the tracking. What works, what leaks, what's missing before a dirham is spent.

02

Plan

Channels, budget split between fees and ad spend, content calendar, and the three numbers we will judge the month by.

03

Produce

Reels, landing pages, campaigns and the pixels under them. One person directing all of it, so the content and the ads agree.

04

Measure

GA4 and Looker dashboards you can read. A monthly report that says what moved, why, and what changes next.

A month with me

What actually happens, week by week.

The first month of any engagement runs on this rhythm. Later months repeat weeks two to four.

Week 1

Access and tracking

Accounts in your name, pixels and GA4 events live, a dashboard you can open.

  • Deliverable · Tracking map and dashboard
  • You · One call, account access
Week 2

Plan and content

Channel mix, fee and ad-spend split, calendar, first scripts written in both languages.

  • Deliverable · Plan, calendar, scripts
  • You · Approve and film, or send footage
Week 3

Launch

Pages live, campaigns on, first Reels out. Everything points at one tracked action.

  • Deliverable · Live pages and campaigns
  • You · Answer leads fast
Week 4

Read and adjust

The three numbers we agreed on, what moved, why, and what changes next month.

  • Deliverable · Monthly report
  • You · Thirty minutes to decide

Smart questions

What careful clients ask first.

Do you charge on top of ad spend?+

Yes, and they never mix. Ad spend goes to Meta, Google or TikTok from your own account. My fee is a separate line you agree on before anything starts.

Who owns the accounts?+

You do. Ad accounts, pixels, analytics and domains stay in your name. I work as a partner on them, and you can remove me any time.

How fast do I see numbers?+

Tracking is set up in week one, so the first report shows real data, not estimates. Most engagements start with a three-month trial.

Do you work in Arabic or English?+

Both, natively. Content is written for each language, never translated word for word.
