Calls booked here
A booking on this site is a request. It becomes an appointment when you receive a confirmation on WhatsApp or email. The intro call is free. A working session is agreed in writing, including its fee, before it is confirmed.
You can reschedule or cancel up to a few hours before the call by replying to the confirmation or on WhatsApp. If you do not show up twice, further requests may be declined.
Fees and ad spend
Fees for my work and the budget you spend on advertising platforms are always two separate lines. Ad spend is paid by you, from your own accounts, directly to Meta, Google, TikTok or any other platform. I never hold or mark up advertising budget.
Fees are quoted in writing before work starts, in UAE dirhams unless agreed otherwise, and invoiced as agreed in that quote. Monthly engagements can be ended by either side with thirty days' notice.
Accounts, data and deliverables
Ad accounts, pixels, analytics properties, domains and hosting are opened in your name and remain yours. I work as a partner or user on them and can be removed at any time without affecting your ownership.
Pages, content and campaign materials produced and paid for under an engagement belong to you on payment. Tools, templates and know-how I bring remain mine and may be reused elsewhere.
I treat your business information as confidential and do not name you publicly without your written permission.
Results and reporting
Marketing outcomes depend on your offer, your market and the platforms. I do not guarantee specific results. What I do guarantee is honest reporting: real numbers from your own accounts, what moved, why, and what changes next.
